TERMS OF SERVICE
This website is operated by Designed by BOS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Designed by BOS. Designed by BOS offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
Please allow 4-5 weeks for me to design, print and deliver your wedding invitations or day stationery. This timeline is based on allowing 1 week for the artwork to be created/approved by you, 2-3 weeks for your order to be printed and 1 week for postage. The processing times of course can vary depending on what you're ordering and how long you take to reply to artwork proof/s etc.
PROVIDING DETAILS
Once your order has been placed I will contact you via email within 1-2 business days and provide you with a email outlining the information I need you to complete so I have all the details to create your artwork.
ARTWORK
Once you have sent me all the information required I can make a start on your artwork proofs.
Please allow 1-2 business days for me to email you the initial artwork proof.
Your order includes x2 rounds of artwork changes if needed to make sure you are 100% happy with everything before it's sent off to print.
PRODUCTION
Once you have approved the artwork, your order will be sent off to print.
DISPATCH
Once your order is complete I will post it to the given postal address via Australia Post Express. Pick up is also available from Cranbourne VIC.
COPYRIGHT
All designs on this site are the sole property of Designed by BOS and are covered by copyright. They may not be reproduced in any fashion without the permission of Designed by BOS. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.
Designed by BOS reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by Designed by BOS for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order, Designed by BOS reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.
COPYRIGHT PERMISSION
It is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the use of hymns or other material used in the Order of Service books, venue logo's etc.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required before your artwork is created and emailed through to you for approval.
CURRENCY
All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars and pricing includes GST.
QUANTITY
We do have a minimum quantity for each item which can be found on each item in our shopping cart. Please contact us if you require less than the specified minimum as there will be a fee that applies depending the actual quantity you require.
COLOURS
When viewing our designs on screen, colours do vary depending on different monitors, so please be aware that we cannot guarantee a coloured print match without you paying for a sample print before production.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the variable nature of the digital printing process, colours do shift between each print run
This also means if you split your stationery order across 2 different print sessions eg, invitations and RSVPs' first, then 2 months later we print your menu's, we can not guarantee that the colours will be identical between both runs.
FONTS
Please do not ask us for the name of the font we have used in your design. We do not disclose font types under any circumstances to protect our design work and further print revenue.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. If a quote has been supplied by Designed by BOS, it will be valid for 7 days or please take note of the quote expiration date as this date will be strictly enforced.
